Requirements

  • 4–7 years of professional software development experience delivering production software
  • Proficiency in programming language of Java springboot and kafka, caching , kuberneties and casandra
  • Hands-on experience with test automation and quality practices (unit testing, integration testing, test data management)
  • Working knowledge of software delivery fundamentals: CI/CD, version control (Git), and deployment concepts
  • Ability to debug effectively across application code, configurations, and environments; comfortable supporting production issues
  • Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and translating user stories into working, testable software
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, architecture, and stakeholder teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Math (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product and engineering teammates to clarify requirements/user stories and contribute to estimates and design specs
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and services that meet quality and operational standards
  • Build and execute automated test plans aligned to business requirements (unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression)
  • Validate test environments, test data, and results; document outcomes and share clear reporting/insights
  • Troubleshoot and resolve code, configuration, and environment issues across development and production support scenarios
  • Implement code fixes and verify outcomes against expected results, including security and interface testing where needed
  • Support CI/CD workflows and assist with deployments to ensure smooth, repeatable releases
  • Collaborate with engineers/architects to assess interactions across systems, dependencies, and interfaces
