  • Develop, test, and maintain data-driven analytic pipelines for biomedical data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to troubleshoot development and production problems.
  • Adapt and test data analysis pipelines for the analysis and reporting of biomedical data.
  • Deploy pipelines, monitor executions, and customize them to improve performance.
  • Prepare documented observations, analyses, and interpretations of results.
  • Support users by maintaining documentation and producing reports.
  • Present and publish results in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
  • Apply novel artificial intelligence methods and build natural language processing pipelines.
  • Utilize large language models to predict clinically relevant outcomes in oncology.
  • Build clinical decision support tools and large oncology databases.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement).
  • Four years of relevant experience in software engineering or programming.
  • Prior knowledge in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow vs PyTorch) and SQL.
  • PhD or MS degree in computer science, software engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in at least one of Python and R programming languages.
  • Prior experience in healthcare data analysis.
  • Competitive salary range of $111,118 - $135,000.
  • Exempt status under FLSA.
  • Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
