About The Position
CNH Industrial is a world-class equipment and services company dedicated to advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers. The Senior Software Engineer at CNH Industrial America LLC in Racine, WI will be responsible for operating Map products for Case Holland Agricultural implements, such as tractors, combines, and sprayers. This position is focused on utilizing the Map software, which primarily emphasizes front-end functionality, and requires proficiency in C++ and Java skillsets. The role involves researching, writing, developing, testing, and evaluating software programs, as well as collaborating with teams to facilitate deployment related to software programs. The engineer will determine the purpose, application, and feasibility of new or enhancements of existing software, and will be responsible for creating and updating documentation for designs and all phases of the project. In addition, the Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with external customers to troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise, coordinate engineering efforts, and provide engineering assistance to internal teams or external customers. The role also includes analyzing and comprehending new developments in the fields of engineering design, methods, and applications. Providing or assisting with training requirements related to new or existing software is also part of the job. The engineer will assist with the quote or request for quote process and participate in continual learning, understanding, improvements, and promoting within the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards. This position is 100% remote, with a salary range of $113,250 - $166,100 per year.
