Come join our Enterprise Identity and Access Governance Team within Intuit's Cybersecurity, Compliance, Risk & Fraud Team (CyberCRAFT) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Logical Access Automation and Operations. This role involves collaborating with a team of top engineers, designers, product managers, analysts, and Customer Success business partners to define and enable long-term capability strategies that align with Intuit's strategic goals. The position requires analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, proactively seeking data to build a business case, and effectively influencing and presenting to stakeholders. The analyst will define detailed business requirements to deliver on strategic objectives, gather end-user feedback, and incorporate it into solution design and development. The role demands a balance between high-level strategy and execution, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership and running meetings with users and technical SMEs. The analyst should have an innate curiosity and willingness to dive deep into complicated platform products, identifying and documenting how underlying systems connect while identifying gaps and automation requirements. Additionally, the role includes providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements, driving work with urgency, and managing the issue management program.

  • Collaborates with a team of engineers, designers, product managers, analysts, and business partners to define long-term capability strategies.

  • Defines detailed business requirements to deliver on strategic objectives and incorporates end-user feedback into solution design.
  • Moves fluidly between high-level strategy and execution, presenting to senior leadership and running meetings with users and technical SMEs.
  • Identifies and documents how underlying systems connect and identifies gaps and automation requirements.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost-effective systems and procedures.
  • Drives work with urgency, overcoming barriers and keeping the business moving forward.
  • Manages the issue management program, documents processes, and enhances internal reporting.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in a software development or operations team within a technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills including planning, feasibility assessments, requirements development, testing, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective presentations within the business partner community.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in Google Suite or Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) including pivot tables.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheets.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and business intelligence tools is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience engaging with audit and examiners.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant compliance laws and regulations (SOX, ISO, PCI, etc.) and experience implementing those requirements.
