ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support their work with the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) G6 at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Using a variety of computer programming languages, support the software development efforts ACC and/or their customers.
Work with the Project Manager to maintain project plans for each release of the supported software, utilizing Agile and/or Predictive based methods as best suits the method of development.
Assist in the development and maintenance of test plans and test scripts to ensure proper functionality of supported software applications through all releases.
Work with outside support agencies in ensuring the availability of the software solutions.
Work with the cybersecurity team in developing POA&Ms, STIGs, resolving vulnerability, managing incidents, and developing documentation as required to support RMF 2.0 efforts.
Ensure supported software solutions are fully compliant with all outside regulations.
5+ years of experience in developing and sustaining complex, legacy software applications.
Experience in a variety of technologies, including: XML feeds, web service calls, Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) and Java scripting, APEX, Visual Studio and C++, PRO*COBOL and PRO*, .NET, UNIX Scripting, Oracle PL/SQL.
Experience working with STIGs and supporting the RMF 2.0 process.
Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
CISSP-ISSAP certification preferred.
