This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the development of a modern platform, working across the full stack and collaborating closely with Product and cross-functional teams. Requirements

5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Experience building and shipping complex features in production systems
Proven track record of owning and delivering technical initiatives end-to-end
Experience contributing to 0 1 product development
Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred, ECS is a plus)
Proficiency using AI tools in daily development workflows
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Passion or interest in improving mental healthcare outcomes

Nice To Haves

Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare or fintech environments
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions in production

Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs
Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and query optimization
Develop and deploy cloud-based solutions using AWS (ECS preferred)
Own features end-to-end (design development production)
Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
Improve system performance, reliability, and developer experience
Use AI tools to accelerate development and enhance workflows
