The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.   • Own feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Write clean, efficient code across multiple languages and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
  • Assist in solution design, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with company standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and measure solution impact.
  • Monitor application performance and maintain high-quality software through proactive DevOps practices.
  • Mentor peers, promote engineering excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Extensive experience in software development using languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Java, and C++ with a strong focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Proven ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring. Extensive experience working in SQL and Cosmos.
  • Expertise in solution design, applying object-oriented principles and scalable architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Strong collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in DevOps practices and program monitoring to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and driving engineering excellence.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
