Role summary: The Senior Software Engineer will lead the delivery of scoped features and software components through collaborative teams, ensuring alignment with platform and business objectives. About the team: The Platform team delivers builder experiences for Hub and Agent applications, playing a vital role in business continuity and the execution of key initiatives such as Manager View for Unified Profile V2, Unified Profile V2 for MX/CAM Campus, and ManagerHub Pilot Release for Campus. This team focuses on timely, high-quality delivery aligned with strategic milestones. Members collaborate closely to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance. Their work supports critical business objectives and drives innovation through continuous development, testing, and problem-solving within a structured and results-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Strong experience in delivering scoped features through collaborative engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in any of the programming languages including JavaScript, Typescript , Python and Java.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough code reviews and debugging.
  • Skilled in continuous integration, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product-driven outcomes.
  • Effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code using multiple programming languages and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
  • Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery.

  • The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
