Are you ready to apply your cloud engineering expertise to optimize and automate cloud cost management? Join Red Hat's Hybrid Cloud Management (HCM) team as a Senior Cloud FinOps Engineer and help implement effective cloud cost optimization solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with architects and technical leads to design and deploy cost-efficient solutions for Red Hat OpenShift on AWS (ROSA) and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO). You’ll focus on optimizing cloud resource allocation and streamlining financial processes across hybrid cloud environments. With Red Hat’s growing focus on leveraging AI, you'll have the opportunity to implement automation, AI, and machine learning solutions to enhance cloud cost management, predict spending patterns, and drive cost optimizations. You’ll play a key role in applying FinOps best practices, including reserved instances, auto-scaling, and rightsizing, to ensure we maximize the efficiency of our cloud infrastructure.
