About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer on the CLM - IAM Integrations team, you are responsible for building and maintaining key features that are integral to our customers and business. You are a hands-on technical resource who will collaborate with our development and operations teams to design and develop new scalable features and infrastructure solutions that support our rapid growth and evolving business needs. The ideal candidate should have a flexible attitude, a strong aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge, and a passion for quality-driven development. You will thrive in a fast-paced agile environment, contribute to team decisions, and collaborate effectively with other team members when brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions. Additionally, you will help the team succeed by suggesting process improvements, enhancing team effectiveness, and mentoring and modeling engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years industry experience in Software Engineering
  • Experience with C#, Java, C++, or Go
  • Experience with building and operating cloud-native microservices and APIs at scale
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database, SQL Server) and NoSQL solutions (e.g., CosmosDB)
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Experience developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns

  • Knowledge and experience in high scale, highly available (99.99+) systems
  • 2+ years professional experience building complex, scalable applications

Responsibilities

  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code in C# .NET and other object-oriented languages
  • Create high quality, user-focused experiences using React, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs
  • Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, Automated unit testing, Continuous integration, Code reviews, Version control systems, Automated build processes
  • Research and implement new features and technologies
  • Proactively identify and raise issues that may impact delivery commitments
  • Troubleshoot and fix production issues, and maintain the codebase
  • Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant systems
  • Articulates clear Software Engineering strategies, plans, goals and objectives across multiple Engineering domains, projects and teams, including cross-functional partners
  • Lead troubleshooting and remediation efforts during high-severity incidents
  • Collaborate with a cross-site development team to drive the design, implementation, testing, and release of products
