Emphasizing rigorous statistical methods and clear data visualization, the team ensures effective communication of findings. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
  • Strong experience delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous development methodologies.
  • Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with organizational standards.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
  • Demonstrated technical judgment and ownership to drive projects to completion with high quality.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and mentoring within engineering teams.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
  • Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
  • Participate in solution design, evaluating trade-offs and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain software quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Monitor application performance and support continuous improvement through proactive testing and observability.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and innovation strategies.
