Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day Solve complex, ambiguous problems while delivering an elegant and simple solution. Build and deliver technical solutions via hands-on and agentic coding, acting as a technical subject matter expert and force multiplier for the team. Serve as a guide and mentor on microservices design, development practices, agile delivery, and continuous dev-ops integration. Learn the latest patterns and technologies, applying them to solve problems and deliver value across multiple lines of business at Prudential. Facilitate adoption of client teams into the domain, appropriately balancing platform functionality with the need for customization. Hold a high bar for quality and excellence in the entire SDLC (including design, coding, testing and planning) across your team.
