Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• Passion for building quality products with strong design and development standards.
• Strong collaboration skills — working closely with product and design to deliver outstanding user experiences.
• Hands-on experience with common software development practices such as version control, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong backend development experience with Java.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience with NoSQL technologies preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare or life sciences is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and enhance a growing software platform.
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature releases and platform enhancements.
• Support the technical design process and contribute to data-driven architectural decisions.
• Develop, test, and deliver cloud-based platform features and web applications.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Champion testing, quality, and maintainability through comprehensive test coverage.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to data security and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.
