Requirements

Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++.
Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices.
Proven ability to deliver scoped features and manage full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
Demonstrated skills in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
Solid understanding of platform design, iterative development, and technical leadership in scalable, secure software solutions.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous improvement, problem solving, and delivering high-quality, reliable software products.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
Monitor application performance, support defect resolution, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
