Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on building enterprise-level applications.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js/React).
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with financial technology (FinTech) or large-scale data processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software applications using industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for various software components.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
