Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on building enterprise-level applications.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript (Node.js/React).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with financial technology (FinTech) or large-scale data processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software applications using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the technical vision and roadmap for various software components.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and performance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies.
