Tapcheck is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team and help shape the platform that enables employees across the U.S. to access earned wages before payday. In this high-impact role, you’ll design, build, and maintain core .NET/C# backend services, APIs, and integrations that support a rapidly growing user base and deliver a seamless experience for both employers and employees. You’ll collaborate closely with a small, highly collaborative onshore team and a larger offshore engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions. This role offers the autonomy to lead your own projects, make key technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers, while having a direct impact on the platform that powers half a million users and continues to grow every day. This role offers both a remote and hybrid option. Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Those residing beyond this radius may be considered for a fully remote arrangement, depending on experience and business needs.
