  • Develop the social integration with Zoom Contact Center;
  • implement the message protocol transforming for Zoom Contact Center chat channel;
  • develop the Zoom Contact Center video channel related service;
  • develop real-time data and historical analytics reports services to help customer better understand their Contact Center's service levels, wait times, call volume, and more;
  • develop zoom co-browse (collaborative browsing) service, which provides the ability for agent and the end customer to securely and simultaneously navigate, interact with the same web page at the same time;
  • optimization the service for availability, performance and scalability; and
  • customer tickets handling and trouble shooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Information System, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have five 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in the following:
  • programming language with JAVA;
  • programming language with Python; programming language with C, C++;
  • programming language with Javascript, Typescript;
  • relational Data base, such as: Mysql, PostgreSQL;
  • NonSQL database including DynamoDB, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch;
  • Programming with object-oriented, Backend Frameworks including Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, and Flask;
  • RESTful API & Webhook Development, WebSockets;
  • Authentication & Security: JWT, OAUTH, MFA; Security Best Practices including SQL Injection Prevention, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF);
  • Performance and Optimization: Caching, Load Balancing, Monitoring & Logging;
  • Front end framework, at least 1 of angular, Value or react; and
  • Cloud platforms, AWS specifically required.
  • Telecommuting work permitted: Position permits work in various unanticipated location throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
