About The Position

SilverEdge is a premier provider of innovative cyber, software and intelligence solutions addressing everyday challenges to meet mission goals across the DOD and Intel Communities and beyond. We are seeking a Software Engineer to support our prime contract. Your daily duties will include, but not limited too:
Responsible for the detailed design, documentation, coding, code optimization, unit testing, code deployment and code improvements of both desktop and web-based solutions on Microsoft platforms. (i.e. Desktops, servers, and websites) With Microsoft technologies (.NET, ASP. NET, C#, etc) for multiple internal business/proprietary software products.
Perform custom software development only when a commercial solution is not available.
Ensure all software code is developed and maintained in accordance with (USG) Information Assurance (IA) and Security (INFOSEC) standards

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in relevant field of study, 8 years of relevant experience
• Understanding and knowledge of: Microsoft. Net Technologies, Oracle JAVA, Python, C#
