About The Position
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development and delivery of scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement features, APIs, and integrations aligned with strategic objectives. About the team: Join a collaborative team of experienced engineers, UX designers, and product managers focused on delivering innovative mobile and web solutions using open-source technologies such as React.js and React-Native. The team develops scalable, cloud-native backend services with Java and GraphQL, serving millions of users. Agile methodologies and continuous improvement drive the development process, fostering technical growth and problem-solving. Team members apply best practices in software development, testing, and DevOps to create high-quality, reliable software that meets evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software development using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
- Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, Git, and PostgreSQL in Agile environments.
- Strong skills in solution design, API development, and software design patterns.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and apply object-oriented programming principles.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and engineering excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities
- Own feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
- Write clean, efficient code and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployments and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
- Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and support defect management and debugging.
- Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
