About The Position

You'll architect serverless backend systems, design scalable APIs, and help us turn massive datasets into real-time insights. The goal: take what once took users hours and make it happen in seconds. As a senior engineer, you'll also mentor teammates and drive technical decisions. Small team. Big impact. Real problems. Requirements

7+ years building production software
Previous experience working in SaaS companies with an understanding of SaaS-specific challenges and business needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work effectively in remote distributed teams
Strong Node.js and Python skills (async patterns, serverless architecture)
Previous experience working in SaaS companies with an understanding of SaaS-specific challenges and business needs
Deep AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS)
Database optimization experience (SQL and NoSQL)
CI/CD and automated testing know-how
Remote work experience; you communicate clearly in writing and can work autonomously
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical culture

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AWS security best practices and compliance standards
Experience with real-time analytics processing
Experience with C#
Experience with microservices architecture
Background in high-traffic consumer applications
An understanding of networking areas such as URL shortening, redirection logic, and efficient link routing to complement the platform's functionality is appreciated
