We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer with a background in Data Science to join our team and help deliver seamless, high-quality, and reliable services, and infrastructure that powers mission-critical business applications including AI workloads. As part of the Agent 365 Team, you will design and build globally distributed services that support enterprise-scale AI and business workflows, fine-tune models, and help curate datasets and build an evals and experimentation platform. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check:â â This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of technical leadership experience of designing and delivering large projects
• 4+ years of experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity and facilitating impactful outcomes.
• Proven experience in data science, including statistical analysis and model development
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools for building and deploying intelligent solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Scalable AI Infrastructure including Experimentation and Evaluation Platforms
• Provides technical leadership during code reviews for a solution/product area to ensure it meets the team's and Microsoft's quality standards
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate across teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for the product and features.
