The team develops scalable, cloud-native backend services with Java and GraphQL, serving millions of users. Requirements

Extensive experience in software development using languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, or C++.
Proficiency with React.js, Node.js, Git, and PostgreSQL in Agile environments.
Strong skills in solution design, API development, and software design patterns.
Expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring.
Ability to lead technical design reviews and apply object-oriented programming principles.
Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, maintainable software systems.
Effective collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning, mentorship, and engineering excellence.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

Own feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and ongoing support.
Write clean, efficient code and drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD deployments and automated testing.
Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software intelligence and development efficiency.
Assist in solution design, participate in design reviews, and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and support defect management and debugging.
Mentor peers, share knowledge, and promote engineering best practices for continuous improvement.
