Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with software development, test, and/or integration using Java, C++, or C#
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Linux development environments
  • Experience with multithreading
  • Experience with networking and communications protocols
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test cutting-edge software in an agile, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills, the ability to thrive in small, empowered teams, and an intense desire to directly enable our customer’s success
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and efficiency in complex environments
  • Drive project success by directly contributing to requirements, implementation, and test development
  • Work collaboratively with multiple engineering disciplines to analyze, implement, and test system modification requests to the existing system baseline
