Requirements

• Master's in CS, IT or related
• Minimum 3 years of exp in job offered or Software Engineer inc. 1 year exp. in ticketing domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a cross-functional environment to define, design, and deliver major new features.
• Architect and lead the development of complex, large-scale applications utilizing testing frameworks.
• Engage in performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization.
• Actively mentor and provide technical leadership to a group of engineers.
• Define, implement, and enforce best practices for performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Proactively identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks and architectural issues.
• Champion code quality, organization, and automation across the entire engineering organization.
• Conduct and lead rigorous code and architectural reviews.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert.
