We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Valley Forge, PA. As a key member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern user interfaces and back-end services using Javascript (Node.js) or Java technologies. You will work on a mission-critical project that requires a deep understanding of Java, Linux, and containerization technologies.

Requirements

  • Experienced developing software using Javascript (Node.js) and/or Java
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with application containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Rancher, etc.) in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/Openstack/Openshift)
  • Candidate must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance, but no clearance is required to start
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with creating, running, and maintaining automated tests for testing software
  • Experience with software version control tools, such as Git
  • Familiarity with the Space Domain
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
