Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the WIMT lending team. As part of an innovative environment, you will play a role in developing cutting-edge software solutions. Requirements

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of enterprise software engineering experience across the full SDLC
  • 3 years of Java/J2EE experience
  • 2 years of experience with Cloud solutions
  • Expertise in Spring, Hibernate/JPA, JSP/Servlets, and JDBC
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful and SOAP APIs
  • Proven application of object-oriented design principles and standard enterprise design patterns
  • Strong relational database experience (Oracle and/or MySQL), including SQL development and performance tuning
  • Front end development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular and/or React
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum) teams with cross functional partners
  • Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and automated deployments
  • Experience with secure application development, including code reviews and static security analysis

Responsibilities

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
