About the team: Our team is dedicated to advancing transportation execution capabilities within the supply chain by enabling efficient load creation, tendering, and automation for Fleet and third-party carriers. Leveraging technology and process innovation, the team drives cost optimization, improved visibility, and faster execution. Requirements

  • Proven expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable platform design.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards across multiple languages.
  • Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Skilled in debugging, defect management, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of telemetry, security policies, and software development lifecycle best practices.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and classify requirements to align with business and technical objectives, ensuring comprehensive scoping and estimation.
  • Design scalable software solutions by evaluating tradeoffs and converting high-level designs into detailed functional modules.
  • Develop maintainable, testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies, utilizing appropriate languages and frameworks.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure quality and performance meet specifications.
  • Automate routine tasks within continuous integration and delivery pipelines to enhance development efficiency.
  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with evolving business needs and technology advancements.
