About The Position

Translate user and stakeholder requirements into robust designs, clarifying acceptance criteria and aligning solutions with team architecture and security/compliance standards. Own complex components end‑to-end: produce maintainable, performant, and reusable code; write unit/integration tests; and uphold engineering excellence through thorough reviews. Decompose large initiatives into well‑scoped work items with estimates, identify cross‑team dependencies and risks, and drive execution to hit schedule and quality bars. Serve as senior Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for services/features: lead incident response, perform root‑cause analysis, create/automate playbooks, and drive measurable incident and toil reduction. Improve service reliability and operational maturity through enhanced telemetry, observability integration, automated rollback/remediation workflows, and proactive performance tuning. Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) assets—such as resource templates, declarative configurations, and automated deployment pipelines—to ensure consistent, repeatable, and secure provisioning across clouds. Model continuous learning and knowledge sharing: evaluate emerging technologies, document patterns and runbooks, and mentor peers to uplift code quality and operational practices. Embody our culture and values.
