About The Position

We’re looking for a highly skilled software engineer to help build and scale Youlify’s core platform. In this role, you’ll work across the stack to develop customer-facing products, AI-powered systems, and automation pipelines that power real-world workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with AI researchers and domain experts, contribute to key technical decisions, and help evolve a scalable, reliable platform as the company grows.

Requirements

• Experienced Engineers (5+ years) – Track record in fast-moving startups, with deep technical expertise and leadership skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a Top university.
• Strong problem-solving skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Expertise in backend engineering (Python) with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django.
• Experience with modern development tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Airflow.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with full-stack development (React, TypeScript, or similar) will be a plus.
• Experience in data infrastructure (MongoDB, Redis, or similar) will be a plus.
• Experience with web crawling and data analytics pipelines will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Youlify’s core platform, including customer portals, AI agent systems, and automated billing pipelines
• Design and build scalable backend services with a strong focus on performance and reliability
• Work across the full stack, from backend APIs to frontend UI components
• Collaborate with AI researchers and domain experts to integrate intelligent automation into product workflows
• Own and drive critical product and technical decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and user experience
• Contribute to engineering best practices, mentor teammates, and help maintain a strong engineering culture
