The Red Hat OpenStack Engineering team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience in hybrid cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service to join our Red Hat OpenStack Platform team. In this role, you will work as part of a distributed team, both on your own and in close collaboration and regular communication with other team members and upstream developers. Ideally, you will need to be passionate about innovative software development and open source. What you will do: Take ownership of the Red Hat OpenStack Platform packaging, testing, and release process Assist in the maintenance of any packages which are part of Red Hat OpenStack Platform or related channels as required Assist with bug triage Assist with building out infrastructure for both scale out and up of Red Hat OpenStack Platform deployments Learning the Red Hat OpenStack Platform release processes and technologies What you will bring: 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
