About The Position
This position is for a Senior Software Engineer located at 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712. The role involves leading assigned engineering projects by providing pertinent documents, direction, and examples. The engineer will identify short- and long-term solutions and timelines, review and provide feedback for proposed solutions, and perform design and code reviews of changes. Additionally, the engineer will troubleshoot business and production issues by gathering information, engaging support teams, formulating action plans, and performing root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences of issues. The engineer will also provide support to the business by responding to user questions and concerns, identifying solutions, and facilitating resolutions. Furthermore, the engineer will lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects by reviewing project requirements, translating them into technical solutions, writing and developing code, conducting unit testing, and ensuring on-time delivery and hand-offs.
