About The Position
We are seeking a talented and motivated Technology Engineer to join our Broker Commissions Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Extract Transform, Load (ETL) development bringing innovative and problem solving thought leadership. This role is responsible for developing and supporting technology solutions to advance the Commissions business domains utilizing technologies such as Informatica, SQL, vendor integrations and data modeling. The IT Engineer IV will work with a team of developers and interact closely with business subject matter experts to design and build solutions that help Medica sell their products. This Commissions Tech team is focused on building solutions to support Medica's business domains around commissions payment processing utilizing SAP's product Agent Performance Management (APM), Informatica, SQL, and file transfers.
