As we gear up to scale to thousands of families, we’re ready to bring on an engineer to help make it happen. We’re looking for a Software Engineer to take ownership of our Shopify storefront and the systems that support it as we scale. This is a core part of how families discover and purchase Tin Can, and an area where we have a lot of opportunity to improve and learn. In this role, you’ll work alongside the founding team to make our storefront and growth systems more effective, flexible, and easier to iterate on. You’ll own everything from the Shopify experience to the infrastructure that supports experimentation, with a focus on practical changes that drive real impact, quickly. This is a hands-on, high-trust role. You’ll build and maintain our storefront, enable faster experimentation, and support growth initiatives like landing page testing and international expansion. You’ll also pitch in across the backend and platform as needed. You don’t need to have seen everything before, but you do need to be comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning quickly, and taking ownership of problems that don’t fit neatly into one box.
