About The Position

Are you a thoughtful engineer who thrives on designing scalable systems that bring order and clarity to complex workflows? Are you excited to leverage your technical expertise to build innovative order management functionality from the ground up? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Order Management team at Ridgeline, you'll take a leading role in building core trading workflows used by investment professionals to place, route, and manage orders. You'll collaborate with product managers and designers to create seamless, high-performance experiences that meet the demands of a modern asset management platform. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies-including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT-to accelerate development and improve engineering outcomes. At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency.
