Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
  • Proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of databases and data modeling.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • 12+ years with a High school Diploma/GED.
  • 10+ years with an Associate’s degree.
  • 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
  • 4+ years with a Doctorate’s degree.
  • All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed, and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees must be from accredited institutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Create software tools and subsystems using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools.
  • Estimate software development costs and schedules accurately.
  • Review and refine existing programs to reduce operating time and improve techniques.
  • Define and modify specifications for software applications using engineering releases and utilities.
  • Handle program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and evaluate existing and new software products.
  • Continuously monitor the health and status of security tool suites.
  • Maintain, upgrade, refresh, and update systems to ensure full operational capacity.
  • Conduct analysis of alternatives and present findings to the Government for evaluation.
  • Prepare Configuration Plans and Software enhancement plans.
  • Define, design, and incorporate interfaces to retrieve data from various scanning tools.
  • Design, validate, and implement access controls as part of systems and service solutions.
