Requirements

8+ years of development experience
Experience with Cobol, JCL
Experience with Control M on z/OS
Experience with DB2
Proven ability to work independently
Proven ability to lead/guide the team
Proven solid analytical and self-learning skills and desire to learn new technologies
Proven great attitude and the passion and persistence to solve complex problems
Proven exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

Nice To Haves

Experience with Integrated Eligibility and Healthcare domain
Solid knowledge of DB2, JCL, Product batch support and Mainframe Technologies

Responsibilities

Interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
Write the code and review the code of the engineers
Involved in critical and complex technical discussions
Prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirements
