The Work You’ll Do: Accelerate delivery : Lead efforts to reduce Time to Prod across all services by improving automation and tooling. Build for impact : Design and implement developer-facing infrastructure that reduces friction and improves software quality across Celonis’s engineering teams. Shape the roadmap : Partner with senior engineering leadership to define the vision and roadmap for Celonis’ internal developer platform. Drive adoption : Lead initiatives to expand GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, and self-service patterns across engineering teams. Feature flags approach : Help scale feature flag-based deployment strategies to enable controlled, reliable, progressive rollouts. Scale reliability : Enhance observability, incident response, and deployment safety across Celonis’s software stack.
