Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
12 years of experience in software development
Strong software development experience with advanced proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications supporting hundreds to thousands of users
Understanding of modern AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling
Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using event-driven and messaging platforms (e.g., Kafka)
Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation
Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible). Applicants selected will be required to obtain / maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop agent-based integrations in Python that leverage multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production environments
Build tools and orchestrated agent workflows using modern frameworks such as PydanticAI, LangGraph, and similar platforms
Partner directly with stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand operational workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities
Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines using Python, Apache Kafka for stream processing, and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot production-grade AI/agentic platforms to ensure reliability and performance
