Our Scrum teams work in an Agile environment and are responsible for Software Requirements, Software Development, Testing and Verification in Virtual vehicle environments. We are seeking creative, highly motivated, agile thinkers with passion and expertise in controls and software development with great attention to detail. As a Senior Software Engineer at GM, you will be working on Vehicle Motion Supervision product, focusing on Propulsion System Torque Determination. This work enables key customer-facing features such as accelerator pedal interpretation, axle torque calculation, EV One-Pedal Drive, cruise control, vehicle maximum speed limiting, and OnStar speed-limiting with related communication protocols—delivering safe, intuitive, and desirable driving experiences.
