Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions across the full technology stack. Build and integrate application components, including APIs, data persistence layers, and event-driven systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver flexible, business-oriented solutions. Develop reusable code libraries, shared architectural patterns, and automation frameworks to accelerate development across teams. Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems, including migrations to new persistence engines, cloud platforms, and architectures. Write unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure software quality. Support CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like GitLab, Terraform, and Docker. Participate in design reviews, pair programming, and mentorship of junior team members. Stay current with relevant technologies and contribute to team discussions on architectural decisions and tooling. Experience with message-driven and event-driven architectures using ActiveMQ and Kafka. Experience building highly interactive web UIs (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST, JSON; ExtJS a plus). Job Posting Pay Range Salary range for the position: $78,000 - 185,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
