About The Position

In this role, you will implement and support Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management, focusing on enhancing Order to Cash and Sales Order Management functionalities. You will be responsible for developing integrations, extensions, and custom applications to streamline order management processes. Collaborating closely with analysts and business stakeholders, you will ensure that the technical solutions align with business objectives and operational needs. This is an opportunity to impact the efficiency of order management significantly, working fully remote with occasional travel for team meetings. Support Oracle Cloud Fusion Order Management users and daily business processes effectively. Build, test, and maintain integrations and custom applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST and SOAP APIs. Analyze and resolve Order Management-related production issues including root cause analysis. Collaborate with functional analysts and business users to implement technical solutions. Support troubleshooting, testing, and deployment of integrations across environments. Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer for ongoing support. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required. 5+ years of experience in ERP technical development, including integrations and extensions. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and APIs. Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and web services. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Requirements
