Requirements

• Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering and experience with cloud-based systems/services.
• Technical coaching experience, including translating requirements and guiding other Engineers.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to provide input and feedback.
• Mentor mentality, believing in the growth of those around you and helping fellow Engineers hone their skills.

Nice To Haves

• Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Sports industry knowledge, having worked in sports technology for a high-level college or professional American football team.
• Familiarity with hybrid teams and experience working with remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Be a key technical leader, supporting the team by breaking down complex engineering problems and advocating for best practices.
• Maintain efficiency by ensuring the team delivers high-impact work efficiently and empowering data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate across disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across the product suite.
• Champion Agile practices by participating actively in Scrum ceremonies.
