About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building our Third Party Risk Management platform 3PM - the backbone of our SaaS offering. This system supports enterprise customers across TPRM and supply chain risk management (SCRM) and is critical to how our business scales. This is a full-stack role with a strong backend focus, ideal for engineers who enjoy building reliable systems, working with complex data, and modernizing legacy platforms. We’re at a pivotal inflection point, and this role will play a major part in shaping the future. What You’ll Do Our core product is currently a .NET Framework 4.8 monolith running on Windows. It works—but it’s time to evolve. You’ll help: Modernize a foundational SaaS platform Break a monolith into scalable, event-driven services Introduce modern architecture, tooling, and best practices Reduce technical debt while accelerating feature delivery Build systems that scale globally for enterprise customers You won’t just maintain software—you’ll help redesign and rebuild it, making architectural decisions with long-term business impact.

Requirements

  • Embody a quality-focused, ownership mindest
  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • Strong .NET / C# backend expertise
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems
  • Distributed systems and event-driven architecture experience
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
  • Experience using agentic AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Devin, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver reliable, scalable web applications
  • Lead technical discovery, architecture, and solution design

  • Partner closely with Product and Design
  • Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar
