This role involves working fast, at scale, and making a difference in the live streaming platform space. You will be responsible for designing and implementing highly scalable and reliable backend systems, participating in design and code reviews, and maintaining distributed systems to support large-scale live streaming traffic.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable backend systems for the live streaming platform.
• Participate in design reviews and code reviews for the live streaming infrastructure team.
• Build and maintain distributed systems to support large-scale live streaming traffic.
• Improve the usability and stability of the whole CI/CD pipeline and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency.
• Drive all phases of the full development cycle, end-to-end, from design, implementation, and testing to documentation, delivery, and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze solution performance metrics and identify opportunities to support, troubleshoot, and resolve critical issues in production and design, and to develop and enhance new and existing features to ensure the flexibility and longevity of deployed solutions.
• Leverage and develop advanced and cutting-edge approaches to large-scale software development, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and automation.
• Maintain the quality and stability of the system, and guide engineers at all levels to continuously optimize various technical indicators of the system.
• Mentor junior level engineers and interns.
