Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning)

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will play a critical role in advancing clinical AI technologies, supporting rapid model experimentation, and integrating ML solutions into production systems. This position combines hands-on engineering with cross-functional collaboration across data science, data engineering, and application teams. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or MLOps roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing ML models in production, including Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD best practices for ML and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and ML services.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK) and configuration management.
- Strong understanding of data engineering principles and scalable system design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and monitor machine learning models and pipelines in production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and application teams to integrate ML models into broader systems.
- Develop and maintain MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ML workflows.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure reliable system operation.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of machine learning systems and infrastructure.
- Build internal tools that improve the productivity and workflow of the data science team.
