About The Position

The Senior Software Engineer, Lending (Temenos) leads, develops, and supports process management and automation solutions using the Temenos LOS Platform and other technologies. The role follows established configuration, change control processes and works closely with peers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure technical compatibility and positive user experience. Requirements

Minimum 6 years' experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the financial services industry, including experience with system analysis, design, development, and deployment experience
Minimum 2 years' experience leading complex and large-scale applications involving Temenos LOS platform
Minimum 4 years' Temenos LOS development experience
Strong experience with Temenos-specific tools like TAFJ, IF, IRIS API, and ORIS, and skills in system design, customization, debugging, release management, and performance tuning for platform modules
Experience with Temenos T24, including specific modules like Funds Transfer, Teller Payments, Accounts, Lending, and Deposits
P Command in relevant programming languages like Java, and knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Expertise in TAFJ-based development and understanding of TAFC/TAFJ differences
Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Superb business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or other related fields of study, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, development, and deployment of complex Temenos LOS and Automation applications across functional teams to meet committed deliverables
Design, develop, test, and implement Temenos LOS solutions using Temenos T24 and Temenos-specific tools like TAFJ, IF, IRIS API, Java, Microservices, and ORIS in multi-tier environments, using best practices to develop clustered, reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions
Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices adhering to best practices, patterns, versioning, and iterative design methodologies
Collaborate with business partners, architects, and technical groups to review, design, and implement requirements and strategy; provide estimates for development effort
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs with quality and within the defined timeline
Create and maintain design and process flow documents to support the full software development lifecycle
Contribute to identifying and evaluating potential solutions for both technical and business suitability, as part of the production go-live warranty period and L3 production support of systems during regular and off-hours
Conduct performance testing, tune, and optimize programs and processes to meet the SLAs
As a subject matter expert, mentor less experienced Software Engineers on a day-to-day basis
