We are seeking a seasoned engineer with a passion for building scalable, high-impact software that enhances healthcare technology through robust integrations and services. In this role, you’ll work within agile teams to design, develop, and maintain systems that power data interoperability, automation, and continuous platform improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to shape end-to-end feature releases, mentor other engineers, and drive technical excellence through innovative solutions.   • Build and enhance software services and integrations that support evolving healthcare products and operations.
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural input throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery, from concept to production, ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Develop APIs, data services, and workflows to extend system interoperability and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Experience.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code solutions.
  • Promote a culture of testing, documentation, and disciplined engineering practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.
  • 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, with strong skills in Java development.
  • Proven experience designing and architecting scalable software systems and integrations.
  • Solid background in data modeling, database design, and use of observability platforms.
  • Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing project timelines and sprint planning.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on quality and delivery.
