It’s designed to take deliveries away from congested streets, make deliveries available to more people, and benefit local businesses. The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Infrastructure & Developer Productivity team, you will design and maintain the systems that enable Serve’s engineers to build, test, and ship robotics software faster and more reliably. You will own release management tooling, CI/CD orchestration, and automated KPI dashboards, while also building end-to-end data pipelines that power QA metrics, mapping, and machine learning. A core part of your role will be evaluating and integrating GenAI tools to accelerate developer productivity across the organization. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of infrastructure, developer tools, and data engineering, giving you direct impact on the speed, quality, and reliability of our autonomous robot fleet.
