About The Position

The Global Payment team of the US Tech Service department of TikTok provides all-round payment solutions for the company's USA products, overseas commercialization, and the company's overseas travel and procurement, including channel access, product order design, user interaction, capital management, tax and exchange optimization, settlement Reconciliation and so on. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and manage the complex challenges of scale with your expertise in large-scale system design. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of software testing and development.
• Proven experience creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, good execution and enforcement, good document writing ability.
• Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility and able to adapt to high-intensity work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to help with the landing of new hires and enable them to ramp up quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with SDLC process, and different testing phases in SDLC.
• Experience with API testing is a plus.
• Experience with payments systems or financial institution systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Possess the development ability to build test environments, and able to coordinate with the development/introduction of tool platforms to solve the problem of test efficiency, and achieve the actual quality effect in the business.
• Have the ability to improve the test process, which includes the development, test and release process.
• Have strong quality analytical ability, and able to abstract common problems through online problems and solve them pertinently.
• Closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours.
• Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
