The Care Foundations group is building a new Servicing Platform team that leverages AI and automations to develop streamlined experiences for our members and providers. We build efficient, scalable, and intuitive solutions that will grow Spring Health to new heights. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager - Care, this Staff Software Engineer will be a full-time role instrumental in creating and guiding the team. You will be responsible for building a unified set of AI-powered servicing tools that automate toilsome work. You will be a technical leader involved in driving strategic architecture decisions, a champion of technical initiatives, and a mentor to the junior engineers. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize and execute on deliverables, as a part of a collaborative team identifying the opportunities and helping create the products that transform mental healthcare for the better. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 2 Embarcadero Ctr.
